Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in the unlikely event that items arrive damaged, are different from the description advertised or found to be defective.
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, ordering wrong product or for damages to the product by misuse or mishandling.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Warranty & Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
You are not entitled to any compensation where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, using it in an unusual way or failure to take reasonable care.
To make a claim, you must provide copy of your receipt or other proof showing that the product was purchased from us. You must also provide photographs or short video clips supporting your claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
